You will need:
- 4 cups kale
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat over to 350degF.2. Cut kale into approx 3x3 inch pieces. Be sure to remove the thick stem running down the center.
3. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil on kale, and massage oil into kale.
4. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on kale. Toss.
5. Place kale in a single layer on greased sheet.
6. Bake for 12-14 min or until crisp. GENTLY toss kale every 2 or 3 minutes. Kale become super fragile when baked.
